The following terms and conditions apply to all Bluecrest UK transactions processed, whether on-line, by telephone or in our showroom. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and print a copy for reference.
We may change these terms from time to time so please check them before making a new purchase.
PAYMENT
All prices shown are in £ sterling and do not include vat and we reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time. You can pay for your order by Mastercard, Visa, Delta/Connect or Switch either on-line via our secure encrypted on-line order facility or you can telephone your order through to our sales team on 020 8771 5559/2145
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders placed with Bluecrest UK will only be considered valid when our sales representatives have confirmed the product details of your order in writing. Wherever possible, should the chosen item prove to be unavailable with the manufacturer and therefore delivery would be outside our normal 7 - 10 working days, we will contact the customer with an anticipated delivery date. A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order. We will then email confirmation of the order to your email address.
GUARANTEES
The Seller undertakes to replace Goods which are defective because of faulty materials or workmanship and which are faulty at the date of delivery
The Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller of any faulty Goods and shall give the Seller every opportunity of inspecting and remedying the faults if possible
In no circumstances will the Buyer have any right to compensation as a result of this Clause nor any rights to reject and return the Goods.
WARRANTY & EXTENDED WARRANTY
All Electrical products bought from BLUECREST UK have a minimum one year parts and labour warranty. In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 0208 771 5559 and we will arrange repair. If you would like to purchase additional warranty please contact us before purchasing your product.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery to your premises is free on orders over £40.00 (excl) VAT, UK mainland only. A £5.00 (excl VAT) charge is added to orders under £40.00 (excl VAT) UK mainland only. Some larger products maybe subject to additional carriage charges. Outside of Mainland UK will be subject to additional carriage charges, please call for details
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers resposibility, Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Please be aware that Bluecrest UK cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout.
All deliveries should be inspected by the customer on the day of delivery, the customer has 48 hours to report any fault/damage to the product. if the customer reports a fault / damage after 48 hours Bluecrest UK Ltd will not be held responsible.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
J & S operates a 7 day money back guarantee for its products. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may exchange unused products within 7 days for an alternative item or a refund at the Company's discretion.You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery.
Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on 0208 771 2145 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.
Shipping charges are non refundable and all goods must be returned at your cost, Unless you cancel within the 7 day cooling off period.
To qualify for all returns, the goods must be unused. Please can you return items purchased in there original packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on return. Personalised/Special items can only be returned if faulty. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.
For your own protection, all items should be returned via recorded delivery or registered courier and are returned at your own risk.
Goods are refunded within 30 days of the cancellation date.
We reserve the right to impose an administration restocking charge on certain non stock returns. You will be made aware of this before returning any item if there is a charge.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Bluecrest UK we recognise that your privacy is important which is why the information we gather will only be used to process your order and provide the very best possible service. Please note that we do not share our customers details with third parties. We take every precaution with your details and for security when you place an order on-line with Bluecrest UK, your credit card details will always be transmitted in encrypted form. Email enquiries should receive a response within 1 working day.
